In the last 24 hours, India has seen 2.22lakh cases of Covid-19.
COVID is a virus that infects people. According to data updated on Monday by the Union Health Ministry, the number of infections in India fell to 2,22,315, the least in almost 38 days, bringing the total number of coronavirus cases to 2,67,52,447 deaths over 3 lakh.
The death toll rose to 3,03,720, with 4,454 deaths every day, according to figures.
The number of active patients has dropped to 27,20,716 cases, accounting for 10.17 per cent of all diseases, and the national COVID-19 recovery rate has risen to 88.69 per cent.
According to the data, the number of people recovered from the disease. It has increased to 2,37,28,011, while the case fatality rate has risen to 1.14 per cent.

On Saturday, the positivity rate in Madhya Pradesh dropped to 10.68 per cent, down from over 24 per cent the day before.
In certain districts, it is less than 5%.
Positive cases are slowly declining, according to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
West Bengal registered 19,117 new cases, 19,113 discharges and 147 deaths in the last 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 31,531 cases, 36,475 discharges and 403 deaths in the same period.
Gujarat registered 8,210 new COVID-19 cases, 14,483 recoveries and 82 deaths in the last 24 hours.
Himachal Pradesh registered 2,378 new cases, 70 deaths and 4,974 recoveries today, up till 7 pm.
Puducherry recorded 1,961 new COVID-19 cases, taking the overall tally to 84,506.
